The Forbidden Land
Day1: Arrive Bishkek,the capital city of Kyrgyzstan, the city is situated in the Chui valley at the northern footsteps of Kyrgyz Ala-Too range at the altitude of 700-900 meters above the sea level, is one of the large cities of Central Asia and the biggest city of Kyrgyzstan with population over 800 thousand of people, it’s multinational population carries more than 80 nationalities, visit Central Museum, bazaar, dinner at local restaurant and overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Transfer to CholponAta, enroute visit to Burana Tower, XII BC, once was the capital of Karakhanid dynasty,drive ahead to Issyk Kul lake(the world’s 2nd biggest mountain lake),on arrival to Lake side transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day3: Morning drive to Semenosvka Gorge, full of lush green trees and alpine meadows, free for horse ride at the gorge followed by lunch at Yurt, then transfer ahead to Karakol for dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day4:Half day city tour of Karakol, visit the Dungan Mosque, the Russian Cathedral Church, the Bazaar, then transfer to the gorge JetyOgyz, the gorge of Broken heart and Seven Red Bulls as it appears from a distance, easy hike in the gorge back to Karakol for dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day5: Full day drive to Almaty crossing the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border Kegen, after customs and emigration we will drive further towards Almaty, crossing two passes on the way, enjoy the beautiful landscapes while driving, on arrival to Almaty transfer to hotel.
Day6: Morning start city sight seeing,Visit Panfilov Park,Zenkov Wooden constructed Cathedral, St.Nicholas Cathedral,Central State Museum,then transfer to Airport for evening flight to Chimkent, on arrival to Chimkent transfer to Turkestan for dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 7: Full day explore to Turkestan visit Ahmad Yassawi Mausoleum, the explore the whole area of Turkestan, visit the Arslan Bob mausoleum, the Al Farabi museum, evening transfer to Chimkent for flight to Almaty dinner and overnight at hotel.
